As of May 20, 2024, the RittenCard is electronic.

 

Here's how it works:

- You will receive the Guestpass "RittenCard" for free on the day of arrival via email as a PDF (sent to the email address provided during booking).

- Valid for the entire duration of your stay, from 12:00 AM on the day of arrival until 12:00 AM on the day of departure.

- To receive the Guestpass at home, we need the personal details (name, surname, and date of birth) of all travelers. If you send us the information by 6:00 PM the day before your arrival, you can use the Guestpass as soon as you arrive. This is also convenient for guests arriving by train.

Note: The Guest Pass “RittenCard” must be validated at the blue ticket machines on site for each journey. It is personal and non-transferable.

There is no RittenCard for dogs. A one-way ticket or the Mobilcard Junior can be purchased for dogs. The Mobilcard is available at the automatic ticket offices or at the Tourist Office.
